Cloud services provide support for Long Term Reporting. This feature allows you to view detailed statistics and graphs for your site over time. Information such as system up-time or downtime, and the numbers of faults, replacements and fixes are available for examination. This enables you to identify periods of time where problems are more likely to occur or identify reoccurring issues and help locate the root of the problem.

Using these statistics, detailed graphs can be produced. This allows system analysts and maintenance personnel to view trends in system operation and make informed decisions regarding routine maintenance and replacement.
