SMS and Email services make it easy to identify and diagnose problems with your Control System as they happen. With automatic SMS and/or email alerts faults will no longer go unnoticed, ensuring timely fixes are made and reducing system downtime.

  • SMS and Email format editors allowing complete customisation of alerts.

 

By assigning contractors to particular system faults, alerts can be sent out to the group of your choice, ensuring you get the best person for the job.

Furthermore, customisation of the alert format allows you to provide the necessary information to the contractor. Such as device location, fault diagnostic information and part requirements. Now you can be certain that the contractor will arrive on scene promptly and with the tools necessary to remedy the situation, helping keep system downtime to an absolute minimum.

Additionally, once a fix is made, the contractor's job becomes easy as sending an SMS or email back to the system. No more manual correspondence, which may take time.
