Assign Contractors

Maco Lighting's cloud services make it easy to contact contractors when their services are required. By defining a suitable list of contractors and assigning each to the duties best suited to their expertise, you can ensure that the most appropriate person is alerted for the given task.

Adding a contractor is simple. Click the 'Add Contractor' button and you will be presented with a screen, requesting the name and contact method for the contractor. Additionally a selection can be made to determine when and for which faults the contractor will be alerted.

Conversely removing a contractor can be accomplished by selected the contractor and clicking the 'Delete Contractor' button. You will be alerted if the contractor is currently being used elsewhere, in which case you may not remove the contractor.
